Tidbeat is available for corporate events, office celebrations, team meetings, group gatherings, birthdays, kids’ parties, kitty parties, sports events, marathons, weddings, political events, large gatherings, and more. No matter the occasion, Tidbeat adds flavor to every celebration!

For pre-built snack boxes, a minimum of 20 boxes is required. For the custom box builder, you can start with just 2 items with a minimum order value of ₹50.

Yes. Tidbeat is DPIIT-recognized, FSSAI-licensed, GST-registered, and Udyam MSME-certified: ensuring food safety, quality standards, and compliance for all corporate and bulk orders.

Snack box prices start from ₹50 per box. The final price depends on the items selected, box size, and quantity. Bulk corporate orders receive volume pricing. You can set your own budget using the custom box builder.

We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, and bank transfers for corporate purchase orders (POs). All transactions are processed securely via Razorpay.

Yes. Tidbeat is GST-registered and provides valid GST invoices for all corporate and bulk orders. We also support purchase order (PO) based billing for registered vendors.

Yes. Refunds are available for incorrect, damaged, or cancelled orders. Please contact our support team via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of delivery for assistance.

Orders must be placed at least 12 hours before the expected delivery or pickup time. For large corporate orders (500+ boxes), we recommend placing the order at least 2 weeks in advance.

Yes. You can schedule delivery for your preferred date and time, as long as it is at least 12 hours from order placement.

Yes. You can adjust the box count after placing the order, provided the change is made at least 12 hours before the scheduled delivery. Please contact us on WhatsApp to update your order.

Snack boxes are delivered to your building’s main gate, apartment entrance, or reception desk. Our delivery partners hand over to security or reception staff. Doorstep delivery inside buildings is not available.

Yes. Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you will receive live order updates on WhatsApp so you always know when your snack boxes will arrive.

No. Partner kitchens produce and pack every box to an agreed spec. Tidbeat owns the catalogue, the buyer relationship, quality checks, compliance and delivery scheduling.

A valid FSSAI licence and GST registration are the baseline for a partner kitchen. We ask for both before a trial batch, along with a look at how you store and pack.

There is no fee to send an enquiry or to be assessed. If a paid partner plan is relevant to your category, our team will walk you through the options directly, nothing is charged automatically.

On an agreed cycle against a GST invoice, with the terms written down before your first live order. Your account contact confirms the cycle during onboarding.
